Contacted this outfit in March regarding garage remodel. Bill from company came out to discuss possibility of converting garage into livable space. Bill promised written estimate was to follow. A month after his inspection I called Bill to see if he came up with an estimate. Bill advised me "Oh, I forgot" and promised to e-mail an estimate. It is now May and still no word or e-mails from Bill. This is no way to run a business. If Bill was not interested in the project he should have told me up front.
