I have 1 lift chairs bought from your company,

Serial 4626

The chair does not lift. I need the plastic piece that screws on lift cylinder with a circular end that attaches to the chair with a cotter key or pin.

can you let me know if you have these parts and how much cost it will be to replace them??

They both have the box that is on the floor and the hand held deal that you push for the chairs to go up and back or down.

I've had a hard time trying to find you and I hope you can help me to get the parts for replacement.

Same lift chair - purchased in Spirit Lake, IA - same problem. Won't lift. We have replaced all the cables to the motor so I assume the motor is bad. How do you check it?
