Larry did a VERY THOROUGH job inspecting so many components that most other inspectors would have overlooked. He obviously likes his work and was enthusiastic and motivated. He knows his stuff and I would use him for future inspections, though my broker not I chose him

I was worried about mold that was visible in the shower. Larry (the owner) came out for an inspection, arrived on time, and provided his expert opinion and advice on what we could do to prevent mold growth and how we could easily remediate the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He also did not charge us for the visit or inspection. I would highly recommend Ross Elite Home Inspection LLC for any mold or moisture issues and will be happy to reach out to them again if needed in the future.

He was very detailed in his inspection. The report came quickly, such an easy to use, friendly interface and easy to understand. And to have them available to answer any questions we had, was a huge plus.
