One day I discovered that I wasnt able to open photos and iTunes music from my external hard drive. It had corrupted. I've used them before and was really impressed. This time my external Toshiba hard drive was not power up and not recognized. InfoRecovery.coom did a great work in getting my important photos and video files off of my damaged hard drive. I'm still happy that most of my data were recovered.
