DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY!!! They do not honor warranties. Techs (Eran) will not let you speak to a supervisor. Someone (Eran) unfamiliar with the problem will argue with you about uncompleted work. I’ve had a tech come out several times due to my garage door not working. Not once was I told that the springs needed to be replaced. Tony, a Tech had advised that I should get a commercial opener and that I would no longer have problems. He did not say that the springs needed to be replaced at anytime (he had been to my home at least 3 or 4 times). They are not honoring the warranty. The person (David) that they had come out to fix the problem told me that the piece was broken on the track and that he didn’t have a replacement and would come back. I had to call them back and he had not made mention them about the broken piece on the track that the bar screws onto. After arguing with Eran for 30 mins, I still have no resolution. Horrible company!!
