I was surprised by the technician's expertise in fixing up my air conditioner that was not cooling. As he checked my unit. he then explained the problem and provided a very fair rate for the repair. He's very friendly, efficient and prompt. His work was well-organized and clean. After an hour, everything was fixed excellently. The quality of the repair was really good. It was above and beyond!
