Our original customer base consisted of businesses that needed an efficient, cost-effective way to deliver, assemble, and install office furniture, along with private clients, including the elderly and disabled, busy professionals, single moms, and other people who simply didn’t have the time or expertise necessary to assemble pre-packaged furniture.
And when we talk about the “expertise” necessary to assemble pre-packaged furniture, we mean expertise! Half the time it seems like there’s a piece missing or the diagram looks like it was written in Latin! Yet, regular, busy people with no experience in furniture assembly or carpentry are expected to take time out of their schedules and put their own furniture together. Well, not anymore! We decided to assemble (get it? – “assemble”) an expert staff with relevant experience, and then train them extensively until they were world-class experts at working with the “special” language and requirements of pre-packaged furniture!
