Colin has over three decades in the Global Construction, specialist subcontracting and Yacht outfitting industries.
 
A Chartered Builder, Quantity Surveyor and construction Manager. Colin is a hands-on manager and In regular contact with his clients.
The global experience and contacts have Colin in a prime position to team partner with highly skilled professionals who he has personally worked with and teams of skilled technical staff in India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines providing a vast resource of manpower to handle projects for multiple clients.
 
When you engage our services, we partner with your business and become your Team Partners with professional services pertaining to Architectural AutoCAD Shop Drawings, BIM Modeling, Colored floor plans and Renderings with virtual fly through options. In addition, we offer Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Quality Control services both on and off-sites. We represent owners developing properties and/or private Superyachts as Owner’s representatives.
