OFFERING AN UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCE with over 750 mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and primates from all around the world; including Siberian Tiger, Camel, Zebra, Black Bear, Buffalo, White-tail Deer, Wolf, Mountain Lion, Leopard, Bobcat, Kangaroo, Lynx, Lemur, Kinkajou, Otter, Skunk, Fox, Fisher, Armadillo, Sloth, Snake, Frog, Alligator, Lizard, Birds of Prey, and much more! Being up close and personal develops a stronger bond and respect for the animals.
With every visit toddlers to teens, parents to grandparent’s Wildwood Wildlife Park is all about creating memories of a lifetime. Families have been visiting Wildwood for over 51 years and there is always something “NEW AT THE ZOO”.

Guests love the ANIMAL ENCOUNTER AREA, ANIMAL NURSERY, and PETTING ZOO where guests can pet a porcupine, skunk, woodchuck, bobcat, kangaroo, opossum, tortoise, armadillo, prairie dog, chinchilla, hedgehog, short-tail opossum, sugar glider, and much more. See all our babies including porcupine, bobcat, aoudad, Barbados, goat, fawn, sloth, wallaby, and skunk, WOW! WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

Educational Programs daily!

Guests love feeding the bears “Bear Juice” and hand feeding “critter crackers” to the Whitetail deer, camel, sheep, and goats.

NEW INTERACTIVE BUDGIE ENCOUNTER
This exhibit will allow visitors to get up-close and personal with 700 parakeets. Zoo visitors can roam among the parakeet aviary while the parakeets free fly throughout the exhibit. Visitors many also feed the birds with “feeding sticks” hold out a feed stick and you may have a budgie (parakeet) eating right out of your hand.

Amenities at the park including Adventure Boat Ride, Z00-Indy Pedal Karts, Trout Fishing, Safari Train Ride, and The New Hungry Bear Hut

Wildwood is located two miles west of U.S. 51 on U.S. 70 in Minocqua. Open 7 days a week rain or shine at 9:00 A.M.
