DO NOT BUY FROM WEST 7TH AUTO in JOPLIN, MO. They will NOT WORK WITH YOU. After being assured by the salesperson that the transmission we were buying was a good one (I asked if they were doing testing or something to make sure the parts were good), we installed it in our vehicle. We drove it barely a month, and it DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. We called asking if they would give us a discount or replacement for the transmission, and they said they would call us back. THEY HAVE NOT. I take this as a RUDE NO. So, if you DON'T want to THROW YOUR MONEY OUT, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
