Company Description:

This boutique winery produces award winning wines only from the 14 acres that the famous actor, Raymond Burr, planted in 1986. He planted his personal favorites, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and a quarter acre of Portuguese grapes to produce Port for himself and his friends. His first wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, was produced in 1990. Since 2006, the head winemaker, Phyllis Zouzounis, has continued to produced award winning wines. The wine tasting is complimentary and there are usually four to six different wines to sample. Picnic tables, over looking the beautiful Dry Creek Valley, are available on a first come first serve basis. Also available are tours of the orchid greenhouses at 11 am on Saturdays & Sundays.
