I was caught driving drunk in Jacksonville on St. Pat’s day. It was only my first offense, and I knew I could get off light with the right lawyer to help. I’m very grateful for everything that Musca did to help my husband when he was charged with a DUI in Jacksonville. A DUI attorney from Musca Law represented me for my license hearing before the trial. I was not originally aware that I could have a lawyer present, so I'm glad that he was able to tell me in time to represent me there as well as the trial. It was a short session, but my DUI lawyer was far more convincing than I ever could have been. By the end the judge agreed that I would be allowed to keep and use my license until the trial started. This was very important to me, and I'm glad my attorney was able to make it happen.
