Company Description:

Midwestern Colorado Mental Health Center, dba, The Center for Mental Health is a comprehensive mental health and substance abuse outpatient provider. We offer care in the six counties of Gunnison, Delta, Hinsdale, Montrose, Ouray, and San Miguel. We are a nonprofit organization governed by a board of directors representative of the area served. We provide mental health and substance abuse care to the general population and, through a contract with the State of Colorado, we provide care to the Medicaid population. All services are offered on a sliding fee scale and we serve all age groups. Our offices are conveniently located throughout our service area and everyone is welcome.

In addition to our outpatient services, we offer 24-hour, no cost emergency services to anyone needing such care.
