I have lived at Dutch for 5 months and is under ne managment and has new Owners they are realy cleaning things up it is very quiet its safe and it has a maneger name Sid that is very undersyanding and willing to go that extra mile to take care of things, Theay are redoing alot of the grounds and apartments with new carpet paint and AC and heaters, you only have to pay your owen electric but all other bills are paid and they get you a great deal on cable and it close to OU campus,,
