Born & raised in France, Elodie Cardon has lived in the U.S for the past 18 years and is proud to be an American citizen.
Elodie was raised in the Antiques business, as her mother owned three stores in Lyon & was an expert on Residential Contents.

Elodie was general manager,buyer,and assistant Appraiser for Kofski Antiques an high end Antique shop & the most recognized Estate Sale Company in Palm Beach FL for five consecutive years. Elodie became an Accredited appraiser in 2001 with the International Society of Appraisers & keep up with her credentials.

Following the devastation of Hurricane Ivan in the area, Elodie realized that many residents had to battle with another force of nature- their insurance companies. As an accredited member from the International Society of Appraisers she formed her business Cardon Appraisals. It offers appraisals, home inventories for personal property for the purpose of insurance coverage, pre-move, divorce & estate division, donation & damaged claims. As the business is growing,so are the Estate Sale demand.

David Alexander, ex-publisher for 25 years of the Antique Gazette newspaper with his family has joined the team and is Elodie's husband. He has great expertise ability to advertise your Estate Sale.
