We send more than just letters; we have a collection staff to provide phone calls to your patients/customers to make arrangements for payment.

We report to the 3 major credit bureaus: TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax.

We also Purchase credit reports on any accounts with balances over $150.00 to obtain employment information as well as other assets in order to understand the patient/customers ability to pay.

We have the ability to do Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT), as well as accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Money Grams as methods of payment.
